Superstar - A Percabeth AU (DISCONTINUED)

Author's Note - Important!

Hey, there!

I'm TherapeuticQueen and welcome to Disney Channel (or my Wattpad account, whatever)...

This book was an idea I got while listening to Taylor Swift's song Superstar from the Fearless album. If you know me, then you'll probably know that I get a few of my book ideas from her (iconic) music. But, yeah, I got the idea from the song.

I was just listening to it late at night, in the crisp hour of twelve when all my ideas come to me, and I literally fell off my bed.

I thought, What the hell is wrong with you? You just fell off your bed while gasping, you moron.

Then I realised, Woah, that's a good one. DO IT.

So, here we are. And Grammarly is killing me.

If you didn't notice up there, I write with my s's instead of z's because I'm Australian and I write with Australian English. But that's not going to be the case with this book. Since Percy and Annabeth would obviously not have an Aussie inner monologue, I'm going to scrap everything I ever learned about Australian English and switch to what Americans use.

The z's. And 'mom' instead of 'mum', which is gonna be the death of me.

Yay.

So, yeah, all the words that Grammarly would be usually loathing me for, will now be loved. For example: realised and realized, organised and organized, mum and mom, and so on...

That's just a little thing because I don't want the people who do know me to think that I've finally lost it.

Also, please note that, as I am Australian, I will not completely understand the American education system. So please correct me whenever I'm incorrect and I will improve the way I write it later on.

I will be writing in both Percy and Annabeth's POV, so you will see a small change in the way it's written as they both wouldn't think the same thoughts. I've always tried not to write in different POV's as it's difficult for me to switch and remember, and it's just easier for me to only do one person.

UPDATE: I will be stopping Percy's POV after like ten chapters due to not having a clue what I'm doing.

The story will be written in (ugh, I really didn't like myself when I started this) past tense; the tense I like the least. I'm used to present tense so correct me if I use it by accident.

Also, know that this is my own work and I'm sure you don't want want to plagiarise a person's work on Wattpad. Like, please don't. That's the only warning I'm giving you. Otherwise, be glad that you're reading this online for free!

This is included on some of the songs that I've written in the book! That's right; I wrote some music for once in my life. I'm not a very good songwriter, but I was so proud of Please. Don't. Stand. There because I spent so long on it. So, yeah, if you're an aspiring songwriter/singer, please don't steal some of the lyrics I wrote. I will have an author's note at the bottom of the chapter to clarify whether or not I wrote the song.

That's it, right?

Okay, well, I have no cast because of Logan Lerman and Alexandra Daddario screwing with everyone's minds so I'll save you the misery.

The magazine on the next part will be six months before what I'm writing after. I gave everyone a spoiler about the end, that is if you study the magazine cover. I made it myself! Not the drawings, I mean. I got those from Google.

I will be uploading this book either on July 12th or August 18th, Annabeth's and Percy's birthdays.
