Her hands trembled as she looked at the last message, steady streams of tears falling down her cheeks. Her phone screen was bright in the dark room she now sat in, her knees tucked into her chest and her phone infront of her.
She didn't want this. All she wanted was to tell the man who saved her life that she was thankful, she didn't want to be tricked, to be told she was talking to her idol, when in reality she wasn't.
She placed her phone next to her, curling into a fetal position as she dug her nails into the skin on her knees. Blood slowly trickling down from the wounds, but she felt no pain as fresh tears began to fall down her tired face.
Her eyes had large bags underthem, she had begun to get better. To be happy again, to see the world in a better way. But now, now as she lay there, bloody kneed, droopy eyes and a screaming heart.
She saw no point.
