I'm here and you're over there.
Happy with your wife,
You're okay with your life,
while here I remain rotting away.
Why's life so unfair?

As I hear the watch say tick tock,
I think about my biological clock.
No longer feeling inspired
I feel like I've expired.

Unwanted gift that had been tossed away,
That feeling that just won't go away.

Everytime I'm reminded of your words that have insulted me,
Rejected, is what I'll forever be.

Now, I'm a bunch of damaged goods.
Carrying loads,
And a baggage full of pain...
Heavier every day,
As tears of mine continues on with its flowing, like falling rain.

Such things made me careful to not fall to mere outside appearances alone,
For looks can be pretty deceiving and lips can be lying after all.
