Three days after
Aiden's pov
I open my eyes and see I'm chained to a chair I furrow my brows
"Where am I" I ask myself I hear footsteps and see a figure
"Your soul is mine and you will suffer for eternity Aiden Maxfield" he says I look around and see nothing but fire.
"Where the hell am I?" I ask
"It's funny you should say hell because that's where you are" he says evily I shake my head
"No I can't be who the hell are you!" I demand
"Isn't it obvious I'm the devil" he says and laughs evily I shake in my chair trying to get out
"No..no no..NO ahhhhh!" I scream
I jump awake from my nightmare every time I close my eyes I see that from when I died, I wipe my forehead to get rid of the sweat Jess stirs and wakes up
"Aiden are you ok?" She asks I nod and force a smile
"I'm fine sweetheart don't worry" I answer untruthfully
"Aiden you can tell me if something is wrong you know I did take classes in psychology" she says sincerely
"Honestly sweetheart I'm fine" I say reassuringly and get up Jess gets up as well
"I'm going to have a shower" Jess says
"Do you want me to join this time" I say wiggling my eyebrows
"Come and find out" she says with a wink and gestures for me to follow I smirk and follow her
Elena's pov
I sit in a café with Stefan and Damon
"Wait so Aiden is a heretic now?" Stefan asks I nod
"Well that's good to know" he says sarcastically
"What I want to know is why you helped save him?" Damon asks whilst taking a fry off my plate
"It was my fault he nearly died Damon" I say
"So what let him die the world will have one less vampire boo hoo" he says
"Well now it has four more powerful heretics I wondered when I'd see you two" Klaus says and sits down next to Damon
