"I'm sorry," Pearl said

"No, no need to apologize," Bismuth told

"Homeworld's final attack on Earth wiped out all of the Crystal Gems," Garnet informed

"Rose was able to protect Garnet and myself and by the looks of it, she was able to protect you as well," Pearl said

"I knew those Homeworld elites were twisted. How many of us did they shatter?! Crazy Lace, Biggs, Snowflake?! If I was there, I-I could've stopped it!" Bismuth grunted

"It's not like they've stopped trying," Garnet said

"What's that?" Bismuth frowned

"Homeworld still has its eyes on this planet," Garnet informed

"We continue to thwart their plans over and over," Pearl said

"But they just keep coming back!" Steven interjected

"Yup. They want us bad," Amethyst nodded

"Good. I thought I wouldn't get another chance to show those upper crusts who's boss! Let's show 'em what happens when you mess with the Crystal Gems!" Bismuth laughed

"Bismuth, the Gems on Homeworld outnumber us by a huge amount," Garnet reminded

"And their technology far surpasses anything we have available on Earth," Pearl added

"What else is new?" Bismuth laughed, "Garnet, remember when you and I took on a battalion of Quartz soldiers? We walked out with our stones shining brighter than when we walked in,"

"As I recall, it was three battalions," Garnet said confidently

"And, Pearl, remember when we stopped that drop ship? I'll never forget the look on that Nephrite's face when you pulled her out of the cockpit!" Bismuth told

"I know. How embarrassing for her," Pearl laughed

"And Y/n!" Bismuth turned to smile at the human

"I did something?" Y/n frowned

"I guess not yet, but you will!" Bismuth told, "It was right on this battlefield actually... Just over there!" Bismuth said as she pointed and ran over to a clear field, standing up straight, "I was where Garnet was standing right now. One of those Beta gems caught me off guard and knocked me down, just when I thought it was over and she was about to shatter me... I hear a loud pop!" Bismuth recalled, "I looked up and there I saw the human I had just met months ago, standing tall with an odd looking weapon, smoke coming from it's end,"

"Oh wow," Y/n laughed, "I did that?"

"Yep, before I could even thank you, you just disappeared without a word!" Bismuth told, "You didn't look too happy, either,"

"Huh... I wonder why" Y/n pondered

"Ha-ha! So let's pick up where we left off! To the forge!" Bismuth insisted

"Yay! To the forge!" Steven cheered

"Yo, what's a forge?" Amethyst asked

"Ooh, the forge!" Y/n smiled, "Haven't seen that place in a while,"

"Let me show you," Bismuth waved everyone over to the warp pad

"Aaaah the forge!" Pearl cheered as she ran over to the warp pad, followed by everyone else.

The group flew through the warp stream and ended up in front of a volcano-like area, "That brings back memories, huh?" Bismuth laughed

"Is this the forge?" Steven asked with a smile
