LEAP OF 4 MONTHS

A beautiful open place is decorated like a wedding mandap.
Naira and Kartik are sitting in the mandap.
They both were nervous.
In these 4 months,Kartik changed Naira. Naira was now a strong girl. Whenever she used to be disturbed she used to talk to Kartik. Naira was otherwise independent but still was dependant on Kartik. She would feel sad if he wasn't near her.
Their love grew stronger with each passing day. Naira forgot her past being with Kartik. She understood that she is made to enjoy life. Now her life is Kartik.
Naira and Kartik started doing wedding rituals.
Naira's kanyadaan was done by Zoya. Their gathbandhan was done by Karan and Zoya both.
Kartik and Naira took 7 vows. Kartik filled Naira's vermillion.
Kartik cupped Naira's face and kissed on her forehead. A lone tear escaped from Naira's eyes which was wiped off by her Kartik.
Kartik:- I told you not to cry! You are very bad!
Naira:- I'm sorry!
Kartik:- Forgave you!
Zoya and Karan took Kartik and Naira to the cottage they booked. Kartik and Naira were now in their room.
The room was beautifully decorated with flower petals and candles. Kartik knew Naira is nervous.
Kartik:- Ummm..Naira you change and sleep!
Naira looked at Kartik. She was confused.
Naira:- Kartik....
Kartik:- Naira I know you are little uncomfortable! I can understand your situation. You are not ready for this!
Naira placed a finger on Kartik's lips.
Naira:- I'm all yours Kartik! I'm comfortable! But...
Kartik:- But?
Naira:- Kartik now we are married. I want to know abt your family! In these 4 months I didn't push you that much but now I want to know why your family hates you! Please Kartik!
Kartik:- Okay I'll tell! First sit here!
Kartik made Naira sit on the bed.
Kartik:- My Mumma Papa hates me!
Naira:- Why?
Kartik:- Naira I was 18 years old. I was studying in Kolkata. In my vacations I came back home.

Kartik entered inside Singhania Sadan. He saw Akshara sitting in the hall. Kartik slowly went there and closed her eyes with his hands.
Akshara:- Kartik!
Kartik:- Kya Mumma you always recognise me?
Akshara(pulling his ears):- Why you didn't come in earlier holidays? Where were you busy?
Kartik:- Arrey Mumma! I was busy first one of my friend's sister's wedding and then we had a project to complete.
Everyone came there.
Bhabhi Maa:- Kartik!
Kartik:- Badi Dadi!
Kartik met everyone. Mishti saw an injury on his shoulder.
Mishti:- Bhai yeh chot?
Everyone got tensed.
Akshara:- Kartik this injury?
Naitik:- How it happened?
Naksh:- Kartik!
Kartik(avoiding Akshara's eyes):- Arrey Mumma kuch nahi! I'm feeling very sleepy!
Keerti:- Kartik! How....
Kartik:- Bhabhi I'm feeling sleepy Bye!
Kartik ran to his room. He took sigh of relief. Kartik fell on the bed. Akshara and Rajshri came inside.
Rajshri:- Kartik!
Kartik(getting up):- Jee Nani!
Akshara:- How you got that injury? It seems recent injury!
Kartik:- Mumma Woh Main....
Akshara:- You will hide from me! You never hid anything from me.
Kartik:- Mumma i met with accident!
Rajshri:- How?
Kartik:- Woh puppy ko bachane ke chakkar mein....
Akshara:- Puppy ko! Hey Bhagwan Yeh ladka!
Kartik:- Mumma! I'm your son only!
Rajshri:- Zyaada toh nahi lagi na!
Kartik:- Nahi nahi! I'm fine!
Akshara:- Pakka?
Kartik:- Yes Mother India! Now let me sleep!
Akshara:- You can't sleep!
Kartik:- Why?
Akshara:- Because You have to go with Naksh and Keerti. You know na Keerti is pregnant.
Kartik:- Yes commander I'll go!
Kartik got ready and left with Keerti and Naksh.
