A new beginning

You froze.
Part of you was guilty, but a part of you was willing to fight for what you love despite the trials and storms that you undergo.
You watched him leave while you fell down to your knees while tears dripped down to the floor.
You wanted to run to him and tell him the truth, but you just can't. You wanted to tell him that it wasn't because of you, but you couldn't. You knew that it was the end and that you must already move on.

~3 YEARS BEFORE~

PIA'S POV

I woke up hearing a loud noise downstairs. It was my mom and dad fighting again. I went out of bed and entered my closet to pick my clothes. Today was the day. The day that I will be joining the global audition of Bighit Entertainment. Ever since I was born, being an idol has always been my dream, and right now, I am one step closer in achieving it. After picking my clothes, I went to the bathroom to have a shower. As soon as I finished, I went to MOA (Mall Of Asia Arena). When I got there, a lot of people were already waiting in line to fill up the form and get ready for the audition. It was almost noon when it was my turn. As soon as they called my name, I went up the stage wearing a bright smile on your face.
"Annyeonghaesayo! My name is Sophia Angela Park. I am half-korean and I want to become an idol."
"Very well, so what did you prepare for us? Judge 1
"I have prepare a song for you and a I also prepared a separate dance."
" Alright, so lets hear you sing first. Judge 2

After the performance........

"I am proud to say that you have passed our auditions and will start your training after two weeks. Congratulations Ms. Park. You will come with us to Korea after the BTS have their concert. We are very happy to have you as part of our new project Ms. Park."
"Thank you so much! I promise that I won't let you down."

~TWO WEEKS LATER~

I woke up early in the morning to pack my things. Today was the day!!!! I still can't believe that I actually passed the audition and will become a trainee today. When I went down, my family was already waiting for me. I can see my mom crying behind those smiles and my dad wanting to hold his tears . My elder brother went up to me and helped me carry my things to the car while my younger sisters kept on hugging me. The trip going to the airport was somewhat quiet and sad. Even I felt a little bit uncomfortable on why they all had to be so quiet. When we arrived at the airport, they helped me get my things and went to the entrance. I texted my manager, Mr. Kim, that I am already here waiting. After a while, I saw him coming towards my direction. He got my things and told me he'd wait for me inside. I turned to my family and said goodbye to them.

"My baby, please take care of yourself" My mom said while being teary eyed.

"Pia, stay strong and don't ever give up" My Dad said

"Ate Pia, Saranghae Unnie" The twins said while hugging me

" Pia, stay focused and follow your dreams." Oppa told me while he also hugged me. In the family, Oppa was the one I was close with. He always encourages me and helps me . He was the most awesome big brother I could ever have.
"Oppa, I'll work hard and debut so that I can make you and our family proud. Saranghae Oppa"

"Annyeong, Omma, Abba. Saranghae. Kyla, Kylie. Be good always. Oppa, don't have a girlfriend until I debut. You must cheer for me in my debut showcase. So that means, 5 years from now. Hahaha. Goodbye everyone!

After saying goodbye to my family, I went inside and looked for Mr. Kim. I was surprised to see that he led me to a private plane where all the judges were waiting for me before we take off. I got to my seat and we took off. So this is it! Once we get there, my life will totally change. I am indeed ready for this new beginning.
