His smile is so sweet.
He understands me perfectly.
we spend hours just talking.
enjoying this time together.
no matter what is said.
we each have a sense of peace.

Together we can not be bored.
we dont get tired of each other.
as we lay in bed each night.
we listen to each other breath.
we feel safe, and complete.

there are no secrets between us.
he knows my past.
and i know all of his.
even if i do not like it i listen.
for i know its important to him that i know.
i feel no jealousy, no anger, nor hurt.
his past made him who he is.
the man i love and adore.
i cant hate his past and love his present.
i have to love them both.
together as a whole.

He knows my stories.
Almost as if they are his own.
he shows no anger.
he seems to understand.
no jealousy or pain.
he merely smiles and whispers.

a normal person would argue.
that they can not be owned.
but me i smile happily.
blushing bright pink.

I love his claim on me.
as i have my claim on him.
Proudly i walk around.
