CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
-500g stale bread
-1 egg
-100g sugar
-500ml hot milk
-50g chocolate powder
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
-Break the bread into very small pieces. Cover with hot milk and leave until soft and cool. Pour out milk which is not absorbed.
-Milk in the chocolate powder,sugar,and vanilla.
-Add the well-beaten egg,and beat all well together.
-Turn into a greased basin,cover with greased paper,and steam for 1 hours.
-Turn out and served with custard sauce.
