STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BARS
INGREDIENTS:
-30 vanilla wafers,finely crushed
-3 tablespoons butter
-2 tablespoons sugar
-1/3 cup sugar
-1/3 cup strawberry jam
-8 strawberries,halved
-1 package of softened cream cheese
-1 tub whipped topping
DIRECTIONS:
Mix wafer crumbs,butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar together in a bowl and press into a square pan covered in foil then spread the strawberry jam over it.
Beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup of sugar in a large bowl until well incorporated and then stir in the whipped topping. Layer it over the jam. Place it for 4 hrs until well set and firm then cut into squares or rectangles and top each bar with half a strawberry.
