Pattie has been in town only two days so far and it's been really nice. I genuinely love her so much. She's amazing.
Today, I decided to stay home and relax by myself while they can have a nice day together to spend time just the two of them. I didn't expect Justin to come back home with his hair blonde. And even though I can barely see it because he has a hat on, I know it looks good on him. Honestly anything looks good on him.
I walked up the stairs to our bed room and over to our dresser. I picked up the photo album Pattie brought us and I sat on the bed. Pattie and my mom made a photo album of picking of Justin and I from us being toddlers all the way to right before we moved away. It's so so many pictures, but it's so nice to have this.
Thank god our moms have been best friends since before we were born or else we probably wouldn't have all these pictures together when we were really little.
As I slowly flipped through the pages, I kept a smile on my face. I know how lucky I am to have had someone like Justin my whole entire life. We learned how to ride bikes together, we spent every birthday together, since I'm an only child Justin made sure I was never playing alone, he always had my back and I always had his, we would help each other with school work, every single thing that comes along we life we were by each others side for it all.
We never left each other's side. Not in elementary school, not middle school, not high school. Friendships like that are so rare. And what makes it even better is we turned it into a beautiful relationship where we have found an even deeper love for each other.
And that is why our break up four months ago hurt me even more. Because I thought I lost all of that for good. I thought the one person who was suppose to be in my life forever, was gone for good. But truly we just needed a break from the relationship. My life really felt upside down those two months of not talking to him. But thankfully, we worked it out and now everything is perfectly normal again.
