"ADDISON ANNA REED GET DOWN HERE" a voice echoed from down stairs. I could tell instantly who that voice belonged to, my one and only mother.

I start to crawl out of the warming comfort of my bed knowing that I've instantly done something to displease her.

Slowly stepping down the stairs preparing for an abusive speech about how I'm not good enough or what I've ever done wrong but it never comes

I stood in front of my mother with apologetic eyes ( if you don't want to be beat I suggest you apologize before you even knew what you've done wrong)

"I need you to go out for 5 hours, I'm having jack come round so you better stay out of my face, I don't want to see you or hear you" she spat viciously

Jack is my mums new boyfriend I've never seen him or heard him, I suppose my mum never told him she had a daughter, but then again I'm not bothered, I've never had a father figure in my life so far so why would I need one now?

I nodded and slipped on my shoes, grabbing my keys and tapping my back pocket to make sure I've got my phone and purse. I open the door swiftly and close the door after existing.

Where to go? Where in London would be calm? My mind wandered.

I took my phone out of my pocket and clicked onto google maps, although I've lived in Kensington for 1 and 1/2 years now I haven't really explored, my focus tends to begin with education and safety

My fingers type into google maps 'cafes' I click onto 'over under coffee' seeing as it's a 10 minute walk.

I begin to look up but my mind clouded when I hit something hard, my small 5ft body fell instantly on the floor as I looked up to a man with stern features.

"might want to look where your going princess." His voice spoke, the word princess rippled off his tongue like molasses as he complimented me sarcastically.

"I'm so sorry sir, I-I didn't mean to I just-" I rambled on soon to be cut off,

"It's okay darling, what's a small little girl like you doing in a dangerous place like Kensington, isn't your mum worried that you aren't home?" He questioned smirking.

My minded wandered up to his features, his tight black suit trousers gave me an outline of his muscular legs, a white shirt half way unbuttoned gave me ideas of his inked skin and a black blazer covered the rest of his muscular arms, you could tell he was a high class man .

"Ah- uh, well I just was- uh, well you see the thing is I-" I stuttered

"Come on you can tell me the truth?!" He exclaimed getting inpatient. He reached for my boney arms-helping me off the pavement where I fell back

"Well my mum has her new boyfriend round and she doesn't want me to ruin it so she kicked me out of the house for a bit until he's gone." I stated the truth, this was the most I had told anyone about my personal life other than family, and I didn't even know this man.

"Well that doesn't seem that nice does it, so where was you heading? " he said guiding me with his arm across my should walking me across the street.

"I was looking for a place to sit and get a drink sir" I spoke honestly

"Aaha I know a place where they do the best coffee in Kensington" he spoke mesmerizingly

" I can take you there?" He questioned
