Chapter 11

"Hello?"

"Hello yes, is this Ellie?"

"Yea, why?"

"I am calling to inform you about something that recently just happened."

"Yes?"

"Your father and mother died, in a car accident."

I stood there for what felt like forever. I cried my eyes out standing there. all I could hear was the noises coming from the phone.

"Ma'am? Are you still there?"

I just hung up the phone. I couldn't think of anything else but to run. I ran all the way back home and cried on my bed. I laid there thinking, how could my life get worse? How could I receive some very big news and have trash thrown all over it? My life as it is, is already falling. Why now? Why me? Things in my life were turning to a whole new direction. First, I loose my best friends. Then, I get proposed to. Which is great. Finally, I find out my parents died. I don't know how much more I can take.

I had no one to turn to. I turned to hear a sudden burst. I jumped running downstairs only to see my best friend Christina at the door with Shay.

"Hey."

"Why are you here?" I didn't mean for it to sound mean but it did.

"We heard the news. Your brother told us."

"Oh. I just want to say I am so sorry for everything I said. I didn't mean it, I was just really upset about something."

"It's okay we forgive you. I am so sorry about your parents."

"It's not me who's you should be worried about, it's my brother he's probably crying his eyes out."

"He's ok. He's not good but ok. We want to let you know we are here for you."

"Thanks. If I were you I would never forgive me. I am an ungrateful friend."

"No you're not. You're an amazing friend you were just over reacting, because it was big news."

"I love you guys so much please don't ever leave me."

"We're always here for you, and always will be."
