In order to keep the identity of the main character constant yet distinct, Rei's POV is always spoken in First Person. Only Rei is ever spoken in First person.
Yamamoto, Hibari, Reborn, Tsuna, Russo, etc, are always written in Third Person.
There are only a few occasions Rei is written in Third POV-- when I'm writing in Drew's POV in the later chapters, and when I'm writing in the POV of a TYL Rei.
Drew is written in First POV in the Kokuyo Arc because at this point, the both of them were still one and together.
