If Rei is 0, and Drew was 3 for 'Drei', would they be 03 or 30?
Or would 03 be Rei and 30 be Drew? Or the other way around?

Update: Due to later events, I have decided that Rei's fandom shorthand will be 30 to represent Drew's life occurring before his. And Drew's shorthand will be 3 (one number only), for Drei.
