Jack screamed in agony as Bill's grip tightened. Jack's feet slipped and he now found himself dangling off the edge, scared for his life as the wound got deeper and deeper. No blood came out. The molten steel that was Bill's hand was so hot it was cauterizing the wound as it dug deeper. As Bill dug further into the boiling flesh of Jack's arm, Jack realized he only had one option to save his life.

He held up the quill. "I-if youGAHk-kill me I-I'll get my b-blood on this!" Jack screamed over the pain and bubbling muscle.

"THEN GIVE IT TO ME!" Bill screeched in return, not going to let this worthless lowlife live.

"O-only if you want to d-destroy the gift from (Y-Y/N)'s father! Sh-she'll never forgive you!" Jack screamed again as Bill tightened his grip even more. He could feel the marrow in his bones boil away.

Bill froze. He would destroy the last thing (Y/N) was given by her father. He would destroy the symbol, her purpose in life. The quill would catch flame in his hand the moment he got near it. Bill glared at the manipulative piece of human feces. He threw Jack onto the ground.

Jack landed with a hard thud onto the ground. He was completely winded and the quill fluttered out of his hand. Jack shakily looked at the remains of his wrist. The skin and muscle had burned away and all that was left was singed bone and a limp hand hanging off; a sick marionette once attached to a string of nerves now nothing but a pathetic sack of meat. The muscles that remained were black, like a badly burnt steak.

"(Y/N)!" he heard Bill yell. "GRAB YOUR QUILL. NOW."

"G-got it...!" (Y/N) stammered. That was supposed to be Jack's control. Not some demon.

Jack quickly grabbed the quill before she could reach it. The quill was his last ditch effort to save his life. However, he heard the sound boiling snow beginning to close in on him.

Searing pain in his foot immediately let Jack know he was never going to live another day. He let go of the quill in the sudden shock and (Y/N) quickly grabbed it, scampering off to the Pines family. She held onto Dipper's jacket sleeve tightly as Jack let out another scream that was quickly snuffed out by the wind as Bill sent him tumbling down the hill. Jack's singed wrist bones snapped off, his hand rolling off in another direction.

~Your POV~

You looked on as Jack's sudden screaming was silenced by the distance between him and everyone else. The last thing you heard was the snapping of bone before there was nothing but the sound of wind and melting rock around Bill.

Slowly, Bill began to turn back to yellow, and the molten rock around him was beginning to cool back to its normal state, despite there being a liquid formation to the rocks. You were still gripping onto Dipper's jacket, and you wanted to let go before Bill flipped his lid, but you couldn't let go. Bill, however, did not seem bothered by it. All of the pent up rage was suddenly gone.

He floated over to you calmly. You were shaking in fear. "(Y/N), would you mind letting go of Pine Tree for just a moment so we can finish this whole thing once and for all?" he asked in an unnaturally calm voice.

You gulped and nodded, slowly letting go of Dipper and walking over to Bill. He held out his hand for the quill, and you complied. Bill grabbed your arm. "This is going to hurt a bit, okay?" Bill said before he used the tip of the quill to cause a long, horizontal scratch down your arm. You hissed in pain as he dabbed the quill into your own blood.

Bill stared at it for a second. Then wrote on his own arm, using your blood as ink, in a language you could only assume to be Latin, "Et det mihi hanc potestatem mutatio." (Let this change grant me power)

The writing absorbed into his arm and Bill looked back at you. "Well, now I can do whatever I want. And we don't even have to start an apocalypse. And that includes this."

The snap of Bill's fingers led to the sudden disappearance of the yellow triangle and then the sudden reappearance of a tall, thin, tan man with yellow blonde hair and yellow, cat-like eyes. He smiled a thin-lipped smile at you and pulled you into his embrace, your face pushing into his bow tie. You let out a muffled cry and Bill loosened his grip slightly. You looked up at him and stared him directly in the eyes. "W-what did you write...? W-what did it do...?" you asked quietly.

Bill chuckled and ran his hand through your hand. "Well, I didn't think the writing part would really work. But now the gate is sealed. The writing was a spell. When you were flipping through that book of yours I caught sight of it and thought I might try it. Now I have all of my powers with none of the consequences!" he explained happily.

The Pines all got super tense.

"Oh pef. You think I turned myself human to turn you all into stone? You can all buzz off," Bill laughed.

There we go! Bit of a different ending from what you were thinking, hm? Thanks so much for reading!
