Ding dong!

I heard the door bell ring.

Me and Sphinx were in the kitchen cooking breakfast when I heard Zachary jump up.

"Daddy's here!" He yelled excitedly, making his way to the door.

"Zachary James Baker Jr. You know better than to answer the door." I said sternly, walking up behind him.

"But its daddy." He whined.

"You don't know that." I said.

He pouted and crossed his arms over his chest.

Sphinx went over and picked Zachary up.

He immediately curled into him and buried his face in Sphinx's neck.

"You know mommy does it cause she loves you and she doesn't want anyone to hurt you." Sphinx said softly.

I smiled as I opened the door and saw Zacky standing there.

"Hey Aryn." He said with a smile, giving me a hug.

"Hey Zack." I said.

"Where's my son at?" He asked excitedly.

I moved to the side and let him in.

He walked passed me and saw Sphinx holding Zachary and still trying to comfort him.

He stopped as I walked next to Sphinx.

"What's wrong kid?" Zack asked.

"Mommy wouldn't let me open the door." He said grouchily.

I laughed and kissed his cheek.

"Its only cause I love you." I said with a smile.

Zacky reached for our son, looking at me to make sure it was okay.

I nodded and he grabbed Zachary from Sphinx.

Zack craddled him and smiled.

"How's it going Sphinx?" He asked.

"Pretty good. You?" Sphinx asked, putting his arm around my waist.

"Great." Zack said looking down at Zachary.

I smiled too.

"What are you guys going to do today?" I asked.

"Lots of fun stuff. Huh, bud?" He asked Zachary.

"Not if your pouting though." He said with a smile.

Zachary immediately starting smiling and I laughed.

"Hey Sphinx could you help Zachary get dressed please?" I asked softly.

"Sure babe." He said, giving me a quick kiss.

I smiled as I watched them walk away.

"Please take care of him Zacky." I said softly.

"I won't let anything happen to him." He promised.

I nodded, knowing he was telling the truth.

"And don't let Brian give him too much ice cream. He's got a really high sensitivity to sugar and he'll be bouncing off the walls all night if he has too much." I said.

"Yeah no problem. Not too much ice cream for the kid." Zacky said with a grin. I opened my mouth to say something else but Zacky covered my mouth.

"Just calm down, Aryn. He's gonna be fine. He's got five guys there to make sure nothing happens to him." He said with a smile.

I took in a deep breath.

"You're right. I need to calm down." I said.

"Yes, you worry too much." Zacky said.

"Its not my fault. That little guy is my reason for breathing." I said honestly.

"Yeah, mine too. I'll protect him." He said.

I nodded as Zachary came running down the stairs.

"I'm ready to go daddy!" He yelled excitedly.

"Not without giving me a kiss your not." I said, kneeling down in front of him.

He wrapped his arms around my neck.

"Love you mommy." He said.

I smiled and kissed his cheek.

"Love you more then my life." I said, letting him go.

He ran out of the house with Zacky's hand grasping his.

I watched from the doorway as Zacky buckled our son into the backseat.

"Please take care of him." I whispered, snuggling into Sphinxs chest.
