chapter twenty six

Sophie's POV

"Go away!!!" I yelled as Keefe was nocked backwards, I recognized Gethen, Fintan, and Ruy, but the other figure had a mask on under his/her hood

The unknown figure pulled out a tazer (u know that tazer thingy weapon think... IDK what it's called...) And fired it at Keefe, it hit him square in the chest and made him fly back in to wall, hitting his head, and passing out

I screamed as loud as I could, and shot some more ice but they doged it, "we have your parents" Ruy wispered and walked closer

"What?!?!" I yelled and he snickered, "just don't fight, we won't hurt them" he promised and I looked to the floor

Biana, Dex, Fitz, Tam, Lihn, Della, and Alden burst in with weapons in third hands and some wounds

"I see you fought off our ogres" Fintan observed and Alden glared, as he did, Gethen shot him and then Dex, nocking them out, then he pointed to Fitz and Lihn, just as he did an ogre burst through the door and bashed them over with a baseball bat like thing, and carried them out in a spilt second

"No!" I yelled and ran towards the door, but got blasted by a medler( i finally figured out the name!!!) I jerked back and Della shot medler, nocking down Ruy, then Fintan came behind her and she fell, blood matted on her hair

Della!!! I wanted to yell, but I couldn't, I could barely move, it hurt so bad

"Sophie!!!" Tam yelled when gethen shot me again, but he was to late, his passed out, just like Eda

"Your parents and sister are downstairs, just give up if you want to save them, and everyone" he muttered and kicked Keefe "no!!" I managed to yell, my voice straining

"Foster" he muttered and I looked behind him, Fintan had a sword, he was approaching Keefe "stop!!" I yelled and got up, my head aching

"Foster, stop" he muttered again as I got in front of him, he reached out to move me just as Fintan launched the weapon through my gut, I fell, the pain blinding me, "FOSTER!!!" Keefe screamed, but wasn't paying attention

All I could see was black
