Add open the template and add your black text on the white side and white on the black save when finsihed
Both apps: open the template in either app then a red image make the filter screen and save it.
Superimpose:
1. Open your image and then a black one erase all of the black and color just the eye on one side merge, then open the dripping texture make the filter multiply and place it where you'd like on the eye erase parts if needed merge when finsihed.

2. Open the fang and put it on the same side of the mouth as the eye on your cover erase some parts of needed and merge. I added black on the lips but you don't have too. Just open a black image and erase it all then color over the lips and abject the opacity merge when finsihed.

3. Open ur temple as the foreground make the filter multiply and then save it and ur done.

Picsart:
1. Open ur image and go to draw. Color one of the eyes black. Then add the dripping texture place it over the eye and erase all the unwanted parts. Then add ur dang and erase whatever u don't want showing.
