Superimpose: 1. Open your colored background and then the checkered image. Go to mask and use the polygon tool and make sure you have the mask on outside. Make a jagged line across the cover and then double click to save the mask now merge. Add your png and then save your cover.

Picsart: 1. Open your colored background in picsart and go to draw. Add the checkered image now click erase and use the square shape to erase the checkered image to make a jagged line. When finished add your png. Save when finished.
