1. Open your png or photo in picsart then go to draw. Use the color dropper and pick your color for the face.

2. Color in all the face and then proceed to color the hair, pants, hands, etc. untold your finished.

3. Carefully color the mouth or lips of the mouth is closed if your like you could color the eye brows too. Once you've colored your whole project apply and save your png. Then open your background and place your vector where you'd like. Add light textures and whatever else you'd like save when finished.
