Picsart: This app is a good one it has lots of cool effects and tools to help make your cover the best!

Superimpose: This app is my favorite! It's a life saver for me honestly xD I just got it maybe a week ago and I love love love it! It cost 99¢ i know some people don't like buying apps (I'm one of them XP) but this app is worth it!

Phonto: This app is what I use for my cover text! It can also help with editing! (I'll show you how to download more text covers for free)
