I used superimpose and picsart for this!

1. Open your black background and then open your bubble as the foreground. (If you look up "bubble png's" you can find different bubbles to use!) then go to transform and click screen then turn the opacity down to whatever you think is best or don't do it at all whatever you prefer! Merge when finished.

2. Open the png of your person as your next foreground. Go to transform and move it in the bubble were ever you'd like. Then go to mask and click the masking tool and turn the smoothness all the way up. Mask out the parts of the person that is outside the bubble. Mess around with the exposure and brightness to make it lighter or darker if you'd like. Merge and save.

3. Open your cover in picsart and pick a filter or leave it how it is! Save it and add your text
