Snapchat filter text:

How to do it:
Open your cover with your text on it and then open the Snapchat filter as the foreground and then place it on whatever letter of your title you'd like then Save it and your finished*

Wavy text:

How to do it:
Add your white text to a black background or viscera then open it in picsart and go to fx go to distort and use swirled and editing the setting to your liking then save it. Open your cover it whatever app you want then add your swirled text and make the filterscreen for white text and multiply for black save and your finished.
