Your mind knows things.
Your soul, other feelings it brings.
Like how you know you are beautiful like aged wine.
But you don't see beauty of any kind.
You know you are not useless.
But everything in you screams your worthless.
You know sadness away you will send.
But it seems sorrow will never end.
You KNOW you want to live.
But everything in you says I'm done, it's time to die.
These feelings you try to fight.
Because you know something better will come into sight.
