side effects? 🌟

so i was wondering if this was a side effect, even though i haven't done the spell yet and haven't done the subliminals in awhile.

basically, whenever i scratch my arm it looks like cat scratches when they heal. i even had to cut my nails because they became so sharp. they still grow back really fast though.

i think it has something to do with alpha-keratin. alpha keratin, or AK, is the element that makes up hair and nails. it's mainly in mammals (so humans and animals have that have claws).

can this be a side effect?
