Prompt: Class Assignment, Second person POV
The sparkle caught your eye. A hundred tiny rainbows fractured and danced on the glass walls of the case. You've never wanted anything more in your life than this, not even the Monet at the Louvre. The diamond necklace looked so cold and lonely in its case. If only you could touch it. That would make it shine brighter and besides, it would look much better on you then just sitting in the case under bright lights.
You've walked past the display case more times than you can count. The museum guards would probably have your face memorized if you didn't keep switching wigs and fake glasses. Everything had been planned with the same meticulous eye for detail that you pride yourself on.
All you had left to do was to plan where you were going to wear the diamonds after you stole them. You knew that there was a nice, very exclusive party in San Lorenzo. Best of all, San Lorenzo had no extradition treaties with any other country. Tomorrow was when you would finally get to hold those sparkly diamonds in your hands.
