"janice? w-what are you doing here?"

"i'm family, i can come here whenever the fuck i want." i laughed at myself. "you're not family janice, you're a disgrace."

"y/m/n, where's my daughter?" my ex-husband demanded. "your daughter? that's so funny, where were you when she cried because of the incident? where were you when i was giving birth to her?"

"y/f/n, janice, get out of here." my brother hector said. gladion had his arms crossed and was looking somewhere else. how did my little boy turn into a mess?

everyone was happy eating, including myself, i just couldn't stop staring at my stunning girlfriend. gosh what did i do to deserve such beauty?

"you wanna go outside to the snow later?" i whispered to y/n. she smiled and nodded.

"we should have a snowball fight before 8 o'clock." i told tyler and jenna. they both smiled and nodded.

~after dinner~

i slid on sweatpants, a jacket, and boots.

y/n was already dressed in her coat and uggs, everyone else was watching a movie and playing with jemma's dog.

it was a while since jenna, tyler, y/n, and i had a proper day without brendon being a sassy bitch and dallon always talking/flirting with a girl he met named 'breezy' and ryan, well he's peaceful so..

i couldn't see anyone outside, they were definitely hiding. they were obviously playing hide and seek, so i need them to give me a clue. "clap if i'm near you."

CLAP!

as i was walking towards the sound of the clap someone threw a snowball at me. i quickly turned around and didn't see anything.

"what the.." i said under my breath. "clap again."

CLAP! CLAP!

i walked again this time making sure i didn't get hit. damn do i suck at this game. i remembered something that me and tyler always told each other when we were little kids whenever we got lost, or we were looking for each other. "down in the forest.."

at first it was quiet but then i heard tyler's voice. "we'll sing a chorus, one that everyone knows.." i quickly turned around as i heard tyler's voice behind me.

there he was smiling with happiness filling his eyes with a perfectly rounded snowball on his hand. "wow you actually remembered that? we haven't done that since we entered middle school."

"why would i forget?" we both chuckled. "where's y/n and jenna?"

"i don't know, but here," tyler gave me a snowball. "you and me know that y/n is as competitive as me during mario kart, so get ready to throw as soon as possible." i nodded and we started running.
