I can't do it anymore

No matter how bad it gets for me, I eventually come out and catch up with everyone else in a way that they don't get suspicious. All natural. Like nothing was ever wrong and I just caught a flu or measles or some disease that I obviously did not get. But this time, it seems like I can't do that anymore. I can't catch up with whats going on around me and I'm feeling like I don't want to. Its like the one of the very few things I'm good at has been snatched from me. And worse, I don't want it back.
