I jumped alittle as Dr.Smith rubbed the gel on my belly. I looked at Cameron , he was looking at the Computer smiling ear to ear.

"You already know the gender , right ?" Dr.Smith asked turning her attention to us

"The doctor i went to in Massachusetts said it was a girl but he said he could really tell because the baby is breech" I told her

"Well , he was right about the baby being breech but Ms.Perez your having a baby boy." She told me

Cameron smile faded and i grabbed his hand.

"Doesn't that mean ... ?" Cameron started

"A breech birth." I mumbled

" A breech birth is the birth of a baby from a breech presentation, in which the baby exits the pelvis with the buttocks or feet first as opposed to the normal head-first presentation. In breech presentation, fetal heart sounds are heard just above the umbilicus.

The bottom-down position presents some hazards to the baby during the process of birth, and the mode of delivery (vaginal versus Caesarean) is controversial in the fields of obstetrics and midwifery.

Though vaginal birth is possible for the breech baby, certain fetal and maternal factors influence the safety of vaginal breech birth. The majority of breech babies born in the United States are delivered by Caesarean section (C section) as most obstetricians do not have the required skill set anymore and most hospital policies do not permit vaginal breech birth." Dr.Smith spoke

Cameron wiped the tears i didn't even know were coming out. He kissed my forehead

"It's gonna be okay , baby" He rold me but his words faded

I know he was holding in tears , he always does.

"He is at footling breech were one or both feet come first, with the bottom at a higher position; this is rare at term but relatively common with premature fetuses" Dr.Smith continues

"How - How can we make the baby turn around.?" I stuttered

" Various maneuvers are suggested to assist spontaneous version of a breech presenting pregnancy. These include maternal positioning or other exercises. A study has shown that there is insufficient evidence as to the benefit of maternal positioning in reducing the incidence of breech presentation."

"Will sex work ?" Cameron asked

I hit him in the chest and the Doctor laughed

"uh uh baby , don't be hitting me. She know we fucked that's why you pregnant in the first place."

I blushed trying to hide my smile.

Dr.Smith laughed "Well Mr.Williams sex will help but in different positions but if Ms.Perez isn't in the mood for sex or is having contractions walking is not only good for losing weight it will help turn the baby along with other exercises."

Cameron looked at me and smirked I shook my head as he winked and bit his lower lip

After the doctor was done we left out the room and Cameron got the appointment paper. He helped me in the car and we left and headed on

Anthony POV

"Alejandro Miller stop yelling and crying." I yelled

That didn't help , he just started crying more. See this is what happens when you let your girl spoil your kid then she finds a job and isn't here with him. She need to come get his lil bad ass

"I want mommy !" He yelled at me

"Well she at work and stop yelling before i pop you in yo mouth" I told him

"NO !" He yelled crying "You get mommy , i pop you in mouth"

I popped him and his mouth and picked up the chips he through all over the floor.

"Get your ass up there on that couch and shut your mouth before i give you something to cry about."

He held his mouth still crying. He ran to Laya when she walked in the door , she picked him up and wiped his face

"Antt what the hell you do to him ?" She asked

"He crying for no reason and through shit all on the floor" I told her "If he didn't get smart i wouldn't have hit him in the mouth."

"Imma tell Dee when she get home and she gone beat yo ass for hitting him." She told me

"Yeah whatever." I mumbled

It was almost 6:30 and i had to get to work. Dee didn't get off until around 7 so i went upstairs and started getting dress.

I had to leave before she got home.

She crazy as hell when he comes down to Aj.

"Mhm you saying whatever but trying to leave before she gets home" Laya said shaking her head
