"Come yaar Nandu, love doesn't exist. This is real life" Manik playfully hits me as I rant about how I want a perfect prince charming which is him for me
Actually me and Manik are like best best friends, I have loved him ever since but he doesn't believe in love. I am trying to make him understand so he can love me back but I don't know when this will happen
"Shut up aisa kuch nahi hain tum ek baar feel to karo" I touch my heart acting all dramatic
"Oh Miss filmy, mujhe bhi ladkiya pasand hai but not those love type wali joh Yeh jeene marne ki kasam deti hi and all" he says, oh did I tell you guys he's the college Casanova. It means he plays around with girls like a player.
"Whatever your not from this planet, anyways we were going to go on a movie?" I ask him
"Oh haan let's go" we sit in his car as he drives to the theatre
"OK so what movie?" He asks me showing me the options
"Yeh Wali, Aashiqui 2 pleasee, I saw the trailer and it's all about love and it's cute please" I beg him
"No way. Pagal ho tum no love movies because I hate love stories" he says
"Fine here's the popcorn and watch any stupid action movie by your self bye" I hand him the popcorn and he nearly looses balance and I angrily walk away
"Nandiniiiiiiiiiiiii" he runs after me, and holds my hand
"Any movies but stupid si love stories I hate them" he crosses his arms
"Why not? Tumhe kahi na kahi ek ladki love to karti hogi are u going to break her heart?" I ask him referring to me as I love him
"Of course even though I don't want to, lekin girls just like me for my looks there won't be any girls who will love me when I'm ugly or when I'm not rich.. can you give me a girl? No" the argument starts heating up
"Haan there is one" I say
"Kon?" He turns furious
"Um kuch nahi chalo action hi dekh lete hain" I say changing the topic
"No tell me first" he insists
"No" I fire back
"Yes please please please please kaho" he annoys
"Nahi keh sakti kyunki I love you, and you will probably hate me" I blurt out unknowingly which left him in a complete shock
"What you love me?" He asks
"Haan" I give up
"Seriously tum pagal ho kya? Even though after you know that I don't like love and u going to heartbroken"
"Yeah because my feelings don't stop" I tell him
"Then make them stop because I won't ever love you or love anyone else" he says, as a tear falls down my eyes.
"I'm sorry" I said and leave from there quickly..
*2 weeks later*
Me and Manik haven't talked to each other ever since that day. Whenever he walks psst me he would completely ignore my presence. But now we might have a face off, actually it's Alya's birthday and dhruv is giving her a surprise and we have to help.
"I'm here guys" we all were sitting down, as Alya comes in
"Heyyyy" we all reply
"OK so baby, me, you, Manik and nandini we are all going for shopping now come let's go" Dhruv says, wait what how did I dragged I was supposed to help
