Katherine's pov
"Where are we going?" I ask.
"I don't know, use your imagination." He said with a smirk.
"Pleaseeeeee tell me." I begged.
"Nope it's a surprise."
"Fine." I huffed.
"You're cute when you don't get what you want."
"I'm always cute." I say jokingly.
"Can't argue there." He says causing me to giggle.
Time skip-after they arrive to the mystery location-
"Close your eyes." He says as he parks the car.
I do as I was told and wait for him to open my door.
He opened my door and helps me get out. We walk a good two blocks or so.
"Why'd you park so farrrrrr?" I whine.
"So that you wouldn't figure out where we are."
"You're so extra." I laugh.
"Okay, open your eyes."
"When I open my eyes we're at my favorite food place. I used to come here all the time with my parents before my mom died and my dad dropped family for work.
"How'd you know?" I ask with a smile.
"Cameron told me."
"Really? When?"
"Today actually, he came over and we talked, about you and I, about us, about us being together."
"Really?"
"Yeah. He was really understanding."
"So that's where he went." I mumbled.
"Hm?"
"Nothing." I said.
"Well come on. Let's go eat!"
It was a Hispanic restaurant. God I miss this place.
"Kathy? Is that you? Mi hija!"
"Paula!" I yelled and gave her a huge hug.
"Ase tanto tiempo!"
"Si, despues de mi mama, ustes sabe, mi papa empeso a trabagar mas y mas."
"Si yo se, pero y este muchacho tan blanco?"
"This is Hunter. Hunter this is Paula." He went to go shake her hand it she gave him a hug instead.
"We are family now Hunter!" She said with her accent.
He laughed. "Si señora." He said. Awe that was so cute.
"Pero que chamaco nena." She said hitting my arm.
I just nodded and smiled.
"Es tu boyfriend?"
"Argo asi."
"Bueno mucha. Sit down I'll be your server for tonight. What drinks can I start you off with?"
The rest of the night went really well and I got Paula's number to keep in touch.
After that Hunter dropped me off.
