Mario is a werewolf who is Skye's mate. Which means he's meant to be with her.
Taylor imprinted on her without knowing. He's a werewolf too. Which means he has an unbreakable bond with her. But it doesn't mean she feels the same.
King marked her which is the vampire version of imprinting.
Nicole imprinted on Mario. So basically she's in love with Mario.
