Was this the song that Brendon said was inspired by a friend? Or am I going crazy, is this 'friend' Josh or who?? We started the song the lyrics were kinda deep. And I liked it, but I wasn't paying as much attention in the lyrics, only in the drums. I looked over at Dallon who was in my right side, and he just smiled. Then I looked over at Josh, he looked at me with a bit of sadness and anger. It broked my heart.

We finished the song and Dallon approached to me and said. "I thought it was gonna be hard, it was more easier than I expected."

"Stop lying, it was definitely hard for you." I giggled.

I approached Josh and he gave me a hug. "You were great, I'm so proud of you!"

I hugged him back but it was weird he usually just gives me a high five when I finish playing a song. I guess he felt like he wanted to hug me.

I hugged Y/N after she played and she hugged me back, does she really love me? We all had a lot of fun in my small party, a lot of kids came for candy and well Y/N got to meet my parents.

Y/N was going to leave already and I didn't mind her leaving. She was obviously tired and well it was almost past her curfew, so I decided to go walking with her since we are both neighbors.

"So Y/N, you and Dallon.." I asked her while looking at her H/C H/L hair.

"No Josh, I just met him plus, I like someone else.." she responded with a smirk on her face.

"Oh, and who's that guy?" I asked. "Does he go to the school?"

"Yep, he's an amazing guy!" She responded and started playing with her hair. "How about you?"

"I also like someone, she goes to the same school." I started getting a bit nervous I didn't wanna tell her I loved her, what if she was talking about another guy?

"What's her name?" She asked me. My heart stopped, looks like you're going to tell her now. "How about we both say it at the same time?"

"Sure. Okay, 1, 2, 3.." she said, she looked nervous, and she just stared at my blue hair for some reason.

"YOU!" We both say in unison, we both immediately blushed. I gave her a huge hug, it felt right.

We finally reached Y/N's house and I hugged her for one last time for today. "I'll always love you and I'll wait for you."

<< Y/N POV >>

That felt amazing, we actually like each other. My day was made. I started jumping around like a 5 year old.

"Y/N what happened, why are you so happy?" My grandma started asking. "Did you fall in love?"

"Oh no mom, she was already in love. What happened sweetie?" My mom interrupted.

"Mom, Joshua Dun actually loves me!" I started crying from joy.

"Joshua Dun? Is he the guy with the blue hair and piercings, that lives 2 houses away?" My grandpa asked.

"Yes Pops!" My grandpa gave me a shocked look.

"Y/N, we need to talk all as a family.." my grandmother said. We all sat down in the living room.

<< Josh's POV >>

"Ask her out for the fall festival, the drill team is gonna perform with us the stompers *boys drill team** and you guys can perform as a concert!" Brendon said.

"Yeah dude, Ryan, Brendon, and I are performing as a band. And well you could ask out Y/N while you and Tyler play a song!" Dallon said, he gave me a pat in the back.

"You should it'll be amazing, plus I wrote a love song about Jenna, and you could use it for Y/N, and Brendon and her can dance during one of the songs!" Tyler sat down and looked through his song book. "I promise it'll be an amazing night, and the fall festival is in 2 weeks! Before we go to thanksgiving break."

<< Y/N POV >>

"What's going on pops?" I started getting nervous.

"Sweetie you remember that day your mom got a call from us 1 year ago, that she started panicking?" I obviously remembered I was next to her.

"Well that day an incident happened, and Josh Dun was the victim.." my grandmother said.
