I opened my notebook, turning it to a fresh page. It was my fourth appointment with Joker. I was able to get him talking, but only after we stopped recording our sessions with the camera. Ever since then, we were making good progress.

"Joker, how have you been holding up here?"

"Well, I'm doing just fine, now that you're here." He said.

I smiled, "glad to help. What about when I'm not here?"

"Well..." He sighed. I grabbed my pen to start writing down his response, "I'm just trapped in here...and sometimes I still get the...urges."

"Urges?" I asked.

He looked me straight in the eye, "to kill again."

I wrote down his response. "Do you have any urges, Harley?"

"Harleen." I corrected him.

"DONT...correct me." He growled, kicking my chair.

"O..okay. You can call me Harley." I said, a bit frightened.

I pretended to write some more notes down in my notebook, trying to calm myself down. I accidentally knocked my pencil off of the table.

Joker smirked, glancing at my shaking hands.

I got up to bend over and get my pencil.

"Oh, Harley..." he moaned as I bent over. "The things I would do to you..."

I could feel my heart beat faster and faster. I sat back down, straightening out my pencil skirt.

"Hey, could you do me a favor?" Joker asked.

"Um...sure. Of course."

"Mind taking this jacket off of me? It's...distracting me." He cocked his head to the side.

Maybe, just maybe, if I took it off, he would cooperate.

"On one condition. You gotta help me out here..." I admitted. "Answer my questions. I want to help you."

"Of course. Its your job, anyways." He answered.

I went over and knocked on the door. One of the security guards poked his head in.

"Everything alright?" He asked.

"Please remove his straight jacket."

He looked at me in disbelief. "You know, doctor, he killed his last few doctors."

Somehow, I felt like I was safe in here. I felt safe being alone with Joker. I knew he wouldn't try to kill me, and I trusted him, for some odd reason.

"I'm aware."

The guard removed the jacket. "Good luck." He said, and went back outside.

I stared at the door for a second, my back facing him, and gasped as I felt hands around my waist.

"Now...now we're getting somewhere." Joker laughed.

I turned around, and his hands slid to my lower back. Our faces were inches apart. I put my hands on his chest, and gasped when I felt he had no shirt on.

"Let go of me." I breathed.

"I'm perfectly fine here.." he whispered. "And I think you are too."

I hated that he was right. I looked down, and swiped my tongue along my bottom lip, then bit it.

Joker grabbed my chin, and pushed it up so my eyes were staring straight into his. "Are you purposefully trying to turn me on?" He growled, somehow, sexily.

Honestly, I didn't want to leave the Joker. I loved the way I felt when I was around him, when he was touching me.

But I couldn't allow anything to happen. He was my patient.

I tried to pull back, but he gripped onto me tighter, "you aren't going anywhere, Harley."

And then he kissed me, just for a second. I pulled away and he growled, kissing my neck instead.

I began breathing heavily. "We shouldn't...we shouldn't be doing this."

Joker stopped, and let go of me. I immediately felt his absence, and my body ached for him to touch me again.

"I have to go...check on my other patients." I lied, quickly packing up my things.

"I know im your only patient, Harley. But, its okay. Don't worry, we'll pick up where we left off tomorrow, Doctor Quinzel." Joker laughed loudly as I left the room.
