I felt a shiver run through my body.

Something was wrong. Something told me it had to do with my disappointment of a son.

I pulled out my small cellular device. I pushed the buttons that would connect me to Nadia. I wished people still talked face to face. But, no. Times have changed. You have to move with the new or die with the old.

"Hello," Nadia voice asked through the small rectangle shaped device. "What's going on with Mitchel," I demanded.

Silence.

"Damn it women! Tell me, now," I screamed.

"He's fallen in love," she said quietly.

"With who?"

"Delilah."

Anger flew through me.

"That witch?!"

"Y-yes. Please don't do anything! Mitchel's happy. Please don't ruin that."

"I'll do more than ruin it! I'll completely destroy it!"

I slammed the phone on the table, shattering it into tiny pieces.

A witch?! He dares to date a witch! I'll kill them both.

Mitchel knows the rules. He should have listened. Now, they'll both pay for his mistake.
