I walked down to the place I've always felt safest. Mitchel's house. I reached inside the small glass cat. I pulled out the key to the front door. I do have my own, but I didn't grab my keys before I ran out on Drew.

I quickly opened the door and headed to the kitchen. "Mom," I called out. I know I just called mitchel's mom my mom. But I've know her my entire life. She was best friends with my mom.

Maybe I should explain the whole live forever thing. Well, witch's don't age as long as they don't use there magic for evil. Vampires live as long as they have blood. But, the only way to kill one, is a wooden stake with another vampire's blood on it.

You don't learn that in a movie about fairy's. Also known as Twilight. The movies know nothing of the truth of 'folklore' anymore.

"Delilah, sweetie! It's so nice to see you," Nadia said as she pulled me in for a hug. "It's good to see you to mom." I looked around. "Isn't Mitchel getting home today?"

"I think so. I thought you were spending the weekend with Drew though," she asked looking confused.

My gaze sifted to the floor. "Well, I was going to. But he scared me," I said with a sigh. "How did he scare you sweetie," Nadia asked as she pulled me into a hug.

"You know how my dad drowned my mom? Yeah well, Drew picked me up and sad he was going to throw me in the pool."

"Oh god. Delilah, I'm so sorry, Stay here as long as you need. You're room just like you left it." Yes, I seriously have my own room here. It isn't much, Just a bed and some things I would need to get ready in the morning. Along with some cloths.

I nodded. "Thanks mom." I pulled back and headed up the stairs.

I flung myself on the bed. I buried my head in the light purple, silk pillow.

I can't believe Drew was going to throw me into the pool!

I was pretty tried from running. I pulled the warm blanket onto me. I laid my head back down on the pillow. I let my eyelids fall. 'I'll just sleep till Mitch gets back.' I thought as I drifted off to sleep.

A soft knock hit my bedroom door. The door creaked open slightly. "Delilah, you awake," a familiar voice called quietly.

I sat up quickly. "Mitchie!" His strong arms rapped around my torso. He smelled amazing. Like flowers and blood.

Honestly I had always loved the smell of blood. I know it's creepy. It's just a very interesting smell.

I felt his lips press against the side of my forehead. His soft, rosie red lips, felt good against my skin.

Whoa! I didn't just think that! No, it was just a nice feeling to have my best friend close to me. Yeah that's it.

Mitchel pressed another kiss to my head, "I missed you so much." I smiled. I loved knowing the fact that he missed me. "I missed you, too, Mitchie." He smiled at me. God, I wish I knew what was going through his mind right now.

"So how was the trip," I asked wondering how his band was doing. Mitchel plays guitar in a band. He is extremely talented.

His gorgeous blue eyes lit up.

Wait, gorgeous? Well its true. I mentally slapped myself. No, I can't think these things. I love Mitchel. No, I mean Drew! Crap! I love Mitchel as a brother, I always have. Drew is my boyfriend, I love him! At least I think so. No! Not think, I know so!

"It was amazing! Everyone really loves the band! But I kinda wanna quit," he said the last part quietly. A confused look made it's way onto my face. "Why do you wanna do that Mitchie?"
