Her cousins, which included: Celeste Weasley, a third year Gryffindor, and daughter of Fred and Astoria Greengrass; Canaan Weasley, the first year son of Fred and Astoria; Amelie Weasley, third year Gryffindor daughter of George and Daphne Greengrass; Alonso Weasley, first year son of George and Daphne; Elaine Weasley, the first year daughter of Percy and Jillian Valentine, a half-blood who was in Ravenclaw; Winter Weasley, first year daughter of Charlie and Spring Timorós, a half-blood who was in Hufflepuff; Summer Weasley, first year daughter of Charlie and Spring; and finally, Autumn Weasley, first year daughter of Charlie and Spring.
Fred and George also passed out Skiving Snackboxes to all their nieces and nephews along with one small pouch for each of them.
"They're Sand Eyes, put a pinch of this is someone's drink or soup and they'll feel like their eye is covered in sand." Fred explained
"But over wise completely harmless." George said, looking at Tom, who was giving the twins a death-glare
Within a few minutes, people greeted each other, the conductor called out for students to begin to board the train.
"Remembers to write." Harry reminded his children
"I will, Grandpa Padfoot made me swear to write him weekly." Lily said, entering the train and entered the compartment that she and her friends would use every year: it was in front if her brother's and she stuck her head out the window
"You bet I did, Lily-love, I expect to see your owl tonight telling me all about your sorting." Sirius called out
"You will, Grandpa, and I know James will write to you about him making the Qudditch team again." Lily replied
"I will, Grandpa, McLaggen has already promised me the spot, he says Slytherin hasn't had a finer Seeker. Except mum." James said, sticking his head out of the window of his compartment
"Of course you are, Prongs Jr, you have Qudditch genes inside of you right with that Marauder blood flowing in your veins. I don't care what your dad says, anyone with Potter blood plays Qudditch, hell your mum was the youngest Seeker of the century and your Grandpa Prongs was a awesome Chaser. I'll be cheering for you at your match, I'll be decked in sliver and green; oh if James was here he'd never let me live it down, actually he'd probably be wearing green and silver with me, Moony will be stunned." Sirius called out, as the train drove away

Once they had arrived in the school, the older children took their seats at their respective tables, and the first years stood to be sorted.
But first the hat needed to sing.
