Ok first of all, (just to get things out of the way)....she's the most boring oc i have ever seen. I mean its cool she doesn't have the same old dark, terrible past thing but still... Her backstory is soooo balant. Her personality just comes of as rude to me and i don't think anyone will like her in real life (i had a tip about personality awhile back: if even you don't like your oc in real life, then there's definitely something wrong). Just stating that she's sarcastic and balant just makes her one dimensional. Yep. I said it, she's one dimensional. I suggest you get your friend to further develop her personality. (also about her dislike of salty food....well isnt that ironic)
Last thing, about the art....the style is not bad and its kinda cute actually but the colours got to go. She blends in with the background. You can either chnage her design colours to something darker or change the background to something darker. Use contrasting colours, right now, her image is blinding my eyes with the holy glow
