Meg's POV

"This patient is just getting worst. There is a very slim chance she will survive. So you could wait or we could pull the plug." The doctor explains to me. "If she does end up surviving, would there be anything wrong?" "Most likely. After surviving, this patient wouldn't live long anyway." I had to make a decision and fast. "Can i have a moment to decide?" "Of course ma'am." The doctor leaves. "Kitty, i love you. I always have and always will. It's either now or later and i don't want you to suffer. I know you'd want your friends here so...let me text them." I pull out my phone and make a group chat with Joey and Brandon. "Guys...come to Saint Berkan's hospital. Now." I didn't want to explain what happened until they got here.
Brandon's POV

"Ah...i mean...that jump scare didn't scare me." Joey laughs. My phone dings so i pull it out. "Joey, Meg made a group chat with us." "Oh cool!" i read the text aloud. "Guys...come to Saint Berkan's hospital. Now." I look at Joey and he's obviously worried. He grabs his shoes and runs out the door. I run after him. I lock and close his door and hop in his car with him. "Let's go." We end up speeding to the hospital. We run into the ER and immediately ask for Meg. The nurse gives us a look and takes us to Meg. It's not her on a hospital bed as i thought...it's Kitty. I look at Joey as he looks at Kitty. He starts to cry. Joey sits with Kitty and holds her hand. "I have to pull the plug..." I look at Meg, very shocked.
