Chapstick [Seokjin]

It was a friday night. You were over at your bestfriend, Jimin's house. He was holding a small gathering to celebrate his past achievements. He had our close friends over & of course his bandmates.

You sat down quietly by the pool, feet dipped down onto the water and you gently swayed it around.

It was getting a little bit too crowded inside and you were feeling a bit uncomfortable so you made your way to the backyard where it was all,so peaceful.

You took a sip from the wine you've brought along with you and exhaled deeply.

"Mika? What are you doing out here alone?"

You hear someone speak behind you and so you took a glance and say Seokjin, Jimin's bandmate.

He takes off his shoes and dips his feet, sitting quietly beside you.

"It was getting too crowded inside"

You simply replied with a small grin. He grins back and nods.

"So how've you been? It's been a while since I last talked to you"

He asks looking at you

"Been good, i finally found a good job & i had a couple of errands. You know, to earn more money"

You say

"That's good to hear"

He remarks and nods

"How 'bout you? How have you been?"

This time, you asked. He beams

"It has been amazing! We've met so many fans & we got alot of oppurtunities in line & I just can't wait to see what's more in store"

He says so lively you couldn't help but smile & stare.

Seokjin had always looked so ethereal in your eyes, no wonder you had this huge crush on him.

Back in the days when they were just starting, Jimin had introduced you to everybody. Every single one of them had individual unique traits but somehow, Seokjin stood out to you.

"Mika?"

Seokjin waves his hand in front of you and you snap out

"Oh? I'm sorry"

Was all you could say and he chuckles.

"You haven't changed a bit, Mika"

He says and you look at him, slightly confused.

"Hm?"

"You're still the adorable Mika I met before. The Mika i've fell for"

He whispers and catching you off guard.

"F-fell for?"

You stutter and he laughs.

"Yup. I fell for you Mika, and i'm continuously falling. I'm not sure if you'd catch me & I might get hurt if you don't but y'know it was worth a shot"

He says, taking a sip from his now warm drink.

You were in daze, blush creeping on to your cheeks.

"Mika? Are you alright?"

Seokjin asks, catching your attention. But instead of answering with words, you placed a palm on his shoulder and smashed your lips onto his.

Seokjin's eyes widen in shock but soon, he melts in your touch and kisses back, following your caring pace.

As soon as you pull away, you look down at the water, slightly embarassed.

Jin laughs and places an arm around your shoulder. You look up at him. You see his adorable smile, still plastered on his clear face.

"I'm guessing that you're willing to catch me after all?"

He asks cheekily and you laugh.

"Yeah, i'd catch you everytime you fall, dork"

You reply and he grins. You place your head on his shoulders as he plants a kiss on top of it.

"By the way, i like the taste of your lips"

He remarks and you look at him, eyebrows nearly knitted together

"Why? Cause it tastes like wine?"

You ask and he laughs

"No, cause it tastes like my favourite chapstick"

He says and you chuckle as you shook your head.
