There are may different types of therapy you can try to cope with depression and/or anxiety. Here are some of my favorite ways. All of these can be performed at home or in your local area (hopefully). Experiment with these methods and comment which one best worked for you!
- Aromatherapy
- Massage Therapy (Sometimes your doctor can connect you to a therapist)
- Art Therapy
- Music Therapy (Make a playlist!)
- Reading
- Writing
- Exercising (See the fitness page for more details)
- Cooking and Baking ( See the healthy diet page for more details)
- Community Service (Helping others can make both you the giver and the receiver(s) happy)
