She woke up hugging her pillow tight. Her eyes are a little bit puffy still but she shrugged it off.

Elle went up to her and licked her hands, showing affection. She smiled, "Ikaw na lang ang natitira sa akin, Elle."

"Elle, come here!" a familiar voice echoed inside her unit. And she's pretty sure whose voice that is. The voice she'll never get tired of hearing.

She smiled and stood up. She hurriedly walked towards the living room and she saw his back.

"Babes, you're here." she unbelievably whispered. She was about to hug him from behind when she realized that it was just an imagination.

She misses him so much that she sees him everywhere.

I see you beside me

A vision of what used to be
The laughter, the sorrow
Pictures of time
Fading to memories

"Do you think I can live without you, babes?" he asked her.

"Of course. Hindi ako oxygen, Aga. You need oxygen more." she laughed.

"But you are my life. Kapag nawala ka sa akin, paano na ako?"

How could I ever let you go?
Is it too late to let you know?

"Ma'am, pinabibigay po ni Sir Aga." her secretary approached her and handed her her most favorite, peonies with chocolates.

A note was placed on top of the poenies.

"Sa trabaho ka lang sana mapapagod, huwag sa akin."

She was busy reviewing the papers when Aga's hands covered her eyes.

"Aga, ano na naman ba?" she asked.

"Ang dilim, 'di ba? My life would be that dark kapag nawala ka sa akin." he told her.

She removed his hands and held it. "That is why you have to hold me tight and do not ever let me go."

He kissed her forehead, "Talagang hindi. Gago na lang ako kapag pinakawalan pa kita."

"Sino 'yon?" she asked him.

He looked at her, "Sino?"

She pouted and he looked at the direction, "She's been staring at you. Kabit mo ba 'yon?"

He laughed and slightly pinched her nose, "Nag-boyfriend ka kasi ng gwapo, babes."

She raised her eyebrow,"Gwapo ka ba?"

"Kaya mo nga ako mahal, 'di ba?"

"Mahal ba kita?"

He held her hand. "Mahal mo ako."

She smiled, "Higit pa doon."

"Kaya nagegets kita kung bakit ka nagseselos. Huwag kang mag-alala, ikaw ang gusto kong pakasalan. Sila, gusto ko lang landiin-- Uy, aray! Joke lang, babes!"

She rolled her eyes, "Gusto mo bang biruin din kita?!"

"Seryoso ako sa'yo, Mrs. Muhlach. Ikaw at ikaw lang, mahal ko."
