Kyoya X childhood friend reader

Working at a clothing store was not how I saw my first job would be and yet, despite being a very accomplished blader this is my job. You'd think that I'd be working in the world championships or something but as soon as I wanted to try out, my best friend left for training somewhere out near the Savannah desert saying something about beating Ginka finally. By then the try outs had passed and I was stuck in a rut and living in my now lonely apartment me, Benkei, and Kyoya lived in together after the storehouse was destroyed and ripped apart by all the battles we had in there against Ginka and the gang. Little did I know today I would see him again, not on the screen this time alongside some new friends at home waiting for me.
Kyoya's POV
I finally found out what (y/n) was doing when I didn't find her at home but I cannot believe she works in a clothing store! Sure she was always a fashionista but I didn't think she'd jump to this as her first job, and walking in, I could tell she was always happy while working. After getting rid of the HD academy, I felt like I should change my image a bit and coming home to see (y/n) was the best choice, besides, me and Benkei missed her. To be honest, I missed her always making us breakfast before training with us and her smile and... woah there Kyoya! You're thinking ahead of yourself! off!" Hey! Watch it!", I shout, running into someone." huh? Sorry! But I'm helping someone here!", a familiar voice shouts back." (y/n)?!?", I ask, totally caught off guard." Kyoya?!? What the heck are you doing here?!", she asks back, her client looking at her confusedly." Sorry ma'am! This is my friend I haven't seen in a while so I kinda freaked out, but like I said, this would last over two yesrs if taken cared of properly which is in the tag if needed.", she explains, the lady just thanks her and walks away." Why'd you of all people walk into an clothing store versus a training ground?", she asks, putting her nicely made hands on her hips." I came to find you so I could change up my look. I'm getting tired of my long green coat even though it's flashy and stuff.", I tell her." I got cha there! Lucky you don't just have guy friends now aren't cha?", she asks, leading me to the men's side of the store." Actually, I've been thinking of new things for you to wear if you did come back and I've set aside some things you might like.", she says, confusing me even more than when she asked to be part of the face hunters all those years ago." So you did miss me?", I ask her." What do you think?! Meathead! I was lonely without you two to cheer me up! I don't get why you didn't tell your best friend you were leaving until after you leave!!", she shouts, obviously angry as hell at me." Sorry okay! I thought you would disagree and try to keep me home, nevermind the fact that I missed you...", I trail off. She stops in her tracks and bumps straight into me again, stopping me as well." Did you just say...you missed...me?", she asks, her voice soft as a whisper." Y-yeah, so what if I did?", I ask right back. She turns around and hugs me tightly, burying her face in my neck with her apron slightly off." You are so lucky...", she whispers, her breath tickling my neck and sending a shiver down my back." Lets go, you said you needed a new look right? Also here's the changing rooms, I'll pass you the stuff and you change. When you're done, step out and I'll check it out.", she explains, shoving me into the mens changing area. I was passed several mainly green pieces of clothing from the top and a few dark colored things (y/n) knew I'd like and started stripping off my loyal long green coat and the rest of my clothes and put on the stuff she handed to me. Once I was finished, I opened the door and stepped out, fixing my hair a bit." Wow! Even from the front you look great! Now turn around.", she compliments as I complied." Hmm...gotta fix this part a bit.", she says before something gets pulled down and patted, right over my butt." There! Now that looks great! Okay, you can change back now I'll use my discount to get this stuff since I'm sure you don't have much money versus me whose been able to buy a bunch of stuff over the year!", she says, pushing me back into the stall. From there, I restrip and put back on my clothes after I look at myself in the mirror for a few, noticing that I did like the color scheme and how I looked very fierce in it. I stepped out of the stall and handed her the outfit I had tried on while fixing some parts of my own clothes, from there the register was next where she bought the clothes and clocked out. Now that she was without her apron, I could see what she was wearing and man did it drive me crazy. She had on a shorts that was kinda shorter than normal, a lion t-shirt that showed off her midriff and belly botton which was pierced with a green jewel, and some black army style boots as her throw off look she often liked to surprise those around her with her outfit. Just looking at her black tattoo that said Lioness in fancy script made me remember the day she got it, the pain and her determination in her eyes was nearly enough to make me kiss her to take away the pain." So how have you been Kyo?", she asks, using my less annoying nickname she knew I like being called." Things have been pretty good, but I have some people for you to meet once we get home.", I tell her. She turns around to look at me in surprise, her (h/c) hair swishing softly." New people? Guess that trip didn't go as planned huh?", she asks, walking backwards to talk to me." Yeah, I'll say.", I answer as we hit our apartment building. She pulls out the key and opens the door, only to be bombarded by a bearhug from Benkei as soon as it opens enough for him." Benkei!! I missed you so much!! C'mere you!!", she shouts, working her way up to give him a well missed noogie which messes up his signature beanie he always wears." Heehee! I missed you too (y/n)!!!", he shouts as she really rouses his hair. Once he lets go of her, she walks in to find Nile and Demure sitting down on the couch just chatting away until they spot her." You must be this (y/n) we've heard so much about, nice to meet you. I'm Nile, Kyoya's team mate and friend.", Nile says as Demure stutters like usual." And I-I'm Demure miss! Another of Kyoya's team mates and friends.", he stutters. She smiles at them and asks if they wanted anything to eat or drink, complying when they said they could use something other than burgers." Here you go! Made you guys some pizza, my personal favorite food with all the fixings of bacon, tons of cheese, ham, pepperoni, stuffed mozzarella cheese crust, and lastly no bell peppers!", she annouces nearly an hour later, carrying her famous stuffed pizza me and Benkei missed." I'll have some!", Benkei shouts, taking a very fresh piece from the hot pizza." As will I.", I say, grabbing my own piece as Nila and Demure look at us in confusion." Trust us, you'll definantly like (y/n)'s pizza! It's homemade and fresh everytime! Garanteed!", Benkei shouts, promting them to take a piece as well." Eat up guys! You'll light up as soon as your tongue makes contact!", (y/n) shouts, grabbing a piece as well. Suddenly, we hear someone knocking on the door very loudly and screaming coming from the other side." Umm...I'll get it, hopefully not some random idiot wanting some food...", (y/n) sighs, sounding exasperated and getting up from her spot on the couch next to Nile." Hello? Who is it?", she asks before even opening the door." Kyaa!! Is this Kyoya's place?! We'd like to come in!!", a very loud girl shouts, easily heard through the small living place." No, this is where I live! I don't know any Kyoya!", she shouts at the girl." Is that true? Sorry miss!!", the girl shouts before she's replaced by another girl." We saw Kyoya come in here! Come out my hunky lion!!", the other girl shouts, thumps against the door are heard until (y/n) motions for us to hide where we hid in my room...
Your POV!
I quickly open the door before the thumps could strike once more, letting the crazed girls in after Kyoya and the others hid." See? This is my place and I have three rooms minus the bathroom, two guest rooms and my room and a decent sized kitchen if I do say so.", I explain to the twenty something girls now standing in my living room." Then why do you have a giant pizza near a large couch?", one of them asks, swishing her long golden locks to the pizza I made." What?! Can't a girl enjoy her fatty foods? Especially one she made herself.", I retailiate, throwing my hands on my hips again." Well what about the large couch?", another girl asks, flipping her curly broqn locks at me." It came with the place and I like to take naps on it before I go to work or after.", I tell them." Are you sure Kyoya the world famous blader isn't here?", the strawberry blonde asks." Positive. Now unless you guys want some pizza please leave.", I tell them, some grab a slice while the rest walk out calmly. After five minutes had passed, I called out Kyoya and the gang from their hidy hole." Phew! Thank goodness for (y/n)'s acting skills!", Benkei sighs as Kyoya and Nile wipe sweat from their brow." That was close! We almost got...whatever it is they want to do with me...", Kyoya sighs, sitting down on the couch again." Glad the nutcases are gone now too... and that they didn't steal too much of the pizza...", I sigh, sitting next to Kyoya this time instead of Nile." So are you guys here for today or for awhile?", I ask Nile and Demure." Actually, we're only here for today so we could meet you then it's off to home.", Nile answers, taking a bite of the now warm pizza as does Demure and Benkei." So, how did you gey that tattoo on your back?", Demure asks me, catching me off guard." You saw it? Nice. I got it after Kyoya got me into the face hunters and I wanted to look more tough so I asked him what I should put on there and that's the word he came up with, it hurt but it was worth it! As for the belly button thing, I have a small scar there and it recently disappeared so I have this in memory of it.", I answer, touching my back and the piercing fondly." How did you get the scar?", Nile asks." I got it from my first battle against Kyoya, very tough opponent but I still won.", I say, not noticing that Kyoya was moving his arm around my waist until I felt the warmth of his hand on my back and caressing my tattoo." Kyoya, w-what are y-you doing?", I ask, hoping for an explaination." We'll see you another time perhaps, it was nice meeting you (y/n)!", Nile bids as he and Demure walk out." Guess I'll take a nap, didn't realize how tiring it is to see you again (y/n)!", Benkei says, stretching and walking to his room." Kyoya? Why are you-?", I start before being cut off by a warm pair of lips on my own. The heat rushed to my face and left me speechless, My best friend is kissing me now and I actually LIKED it!! Soon I started kissing back as his hand wouldn't leave my back nor would his lips move away. I was running out of breath when Kyoya broke the kiss and stared into my eyes with his mesmorizing sky blue eyes, then he moves to caress my cheek with his hand as his other draws circles in my back." You know, I've had feelings for you since we first met but I never knew if you liked me back so I held them in.", he starts as I move to cover his hand with mine." Now I need your answer. Do you like me as a friend or more?", he asks." I've been waiting for that question since the time I first met you, I love you so much that when you left, I felt somewhat empty and like I missed an oppertunity of some sorts.", I say, more than answerinh his question." That's all I needed to know.", was all he said before kissing me harder actually asking for entrance, which I grant him. As he explores my cavern, I spot Benkei in the hallway giving me a thumbs up before heading back to his room without Kyoya noticing since he was trying to play with my tongue." I love you so much (y/n), that's why I love that tattoo. It shows everyone, you're mine, not just as a friend but now as your man.", he says, grasping both my hands in his." I love you too Kyoya!", I shout, hugging him by his neck and inhaling his addictive scent." What shall we do first my queen?", he asks, kissing my cheek after." How about you get a tattoo saying lion in the same script? This time we'll both get one together, I'll update mines with a crown like yours.", I ask. He nods and pulls me in for another kiss before saying," I would love that.", and hugs me...

Extra ending!!!
" Why did we think this was a good idea?!?!!?!", I shout as the artist continues on with making the crown part on my back." It's for love!! Remember?!", Kyoya shouts as his own artist chuckles at us." Love is pain deary.", My tattooist says before continuing on with the final touches as Benkei laughs his butt off on the side...

AC: Man was that long! Next one coming out is probably going to be that Ginka X Reader one but I've finally got the concept for the Ryiga X Madoka fic so that one may be out before the Ginka one so sorry!! But first I will tell you guys this!
