I was on my way to the place I was meeting Jade at. It was the next day and I had just left Cindy at school. Cindy was a really nice, kind and well behaved little cutie and we got on well pretty fast. Even if it was my second full day in Brighton I knew I would miss this family and this little girl when summer was over and I had to come back home; I would also miss Jade, I already knew it. There was something in her that really made my heart go out of control every time I saw her.

Before I could know it, I was at the place we were meeting. As Jade told me, it was really close to the school so I arrived earlier. But apparently, I wasn't the only one.

-       Hi Perrie! – Someone shouted

-       Oh hi Jade! – I said as I saw her just a few metres away from me

-       I knew you would be early, as Cindy's school is pretty close, so I came earlier – she said with a really cute smile

I smiled and then we started walking around. She told me if I was feeling like eating something and even if I had had breakfast an hour ago food was always welcome, so I accepted her request and we got into a little cafeteria.

I really loved those little cafés in England. Besides the big, well-known ones, like Starbucks or Costa, I was really in love with those small cafeterias no one knew the name of, that were hidden but once you got in, the smell of coffee and the sound of random people talking made you feel so good.

We spotted a table for two and we headed there to sit down. After getting comfortable and ordering our coffees, we started to properly talk about each other.

Apparently Jade had a brother, she lived with her mum and she liked to sing. She also loved kids and that's why she helped Claire with Maggie all the time she needed her.

I also explained her a bit of my life, where I was coming from, why I was here, that I also had siblings... all that kind of things you explain to someone when you first meet them.

-       So, your boyfriend must miss you now you're gone – she snapped taking me out of guard

-       Oh well, actually, I don't have one – I answered a little embarrassed

-       How can you not? You're beautiful in every possible way! – she said and I started blushing

-       Well I'm waiting for the right person – I told her

-       That's good, don't rush things – she said so convinced

-       And what about you? – I asked curious

-       I broke up with my partner 4 months ago and I swear I'm so moving on now I accepted I don't need that person anymore – she explained me

-       Well said – I said happy at her determination

We kept talking and drinking our coffee until we finished it.

-       Okay this is one of the bests coffees I've had in a while, I got to admit – I told Jade as it was indeed delicious

-       Any coffee lover would love it so that's why I took you here! – Jade exclaimed excited

-       And I thank you – I answered laughing

She was laughing as well. Her laugh was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. She could light up a whole dark room by simply laughing. I didn't know what it was but I could see in her something I had never seen before in anyone.

-       So, what about going for a walk? I can show you around – she offered

-       Sure, I still don't know Brighton and I'm dying to, so, let's go! – I said all excited
