CONCLUSIONI

Credo che un tale "salto di qualità" verso lo sviluppo di un'integrazione reale, sia molto faticoso, soprattutto per società come la nostra, abituate a considerare il proprio tenore e stile di vita come un qualcosa di acquisito per diritto.

In realtà l'unico diritto che si ha è quello di vivere con dignità e questo principio vale per ogni essere umano.

Non si sceglie dove nascere e la localizzazione geografica non può cambiare le condizioni di diritto di un essere umano.

La nostra Società, quindi, dovrebbe dare l'opportunità a chiunque di una vita dignitosa.

Lo sviluppo di un sistema sociale che integri le popolazioni migranti,inoltre, come è ormai proclamato dai più grandi esperti di economia, garantirebbe quelle condizioni di sostenibilità, che, da qui a qualche anno potrebbero crollare improvvisamente, visto il processo d'invecchiamento della ns. attuale società.

E' ormai noto, che nella Società europea, per non parlare dell'Italia , le nuove nascite saranno progressivamente insufficienti a integrare i decessi.

Parallelamente la popolazione progredisce nell'invecchiamento, chiedendo alla Società sempre maggiori risorse per il welfare.

I livelli di welfare che in tutt'Europa sono oggi scontati, se non si cambia visione, probabilmente verranno erosi lentamente e il divario sociale sarà grandemente influenzato dalle capacità economiche di ogni individuo.

Il contributo che i nuovi migranti potrebbero dare alla nostra Società, per questo motivo, è tanto auspicabile quanto indispensabile.

L'iniezione di "giovinezza" che verrebbe garantita all'Europa, come già sta avvenendo, probabilmente sarebbe la salvezza per l'Europa stessa.

Le modalità con cui un simile progetto potrebbe essere attuato, dipendono solo dal lavoro fattivo che tecnici ed esperti di ogni settore (economico, sociale, culturale e sanitario) saprebbero svolgere.

Con questo voglio dire che qualunque struttura di un progetto è realizzabile, perché la nostra società ha le competenze e può metterle a disposizione del bene comune.

Ma senza una reale condivisione dei valori che ispirano questo percorso, difficilmente qualunque progetto potrà vedere la luce.

Il sogno è che la mia visione possa diventare virale e crescere giorno dopo giorno, regalandoci la speranza di un futuro e di una Società dove l'essere umano ha pari dignità.
