La fase immediatamente successiva alla creazione del Fondo, sarebbe caratterizzata da

2° INTERVENTI DI ADEGUAMENTO DELLE STRUTTURE E DELLE INFRASTRUTTURE GIA' PRESENTI.

Tutte le strutture coinvolte nel percorso d'integrazione, a parte il fulcro del progetto, ovvero la famiglia, dovranno essere adeguate con nuovi spazi e nuove infrastrutture.

Fondamentalmente , penso alle scuole e ai laboratori da destinare alla formazione e alla preparazione all'ingresso nel mondo del lavoro.

3° I CENTRI DI PRIMA ACCOGLIENZA.

Le strutture che oggi sono deputate a ricevere i profughi e i migranti, a seguito della loro intercettazione sui nostri mari, sulle nostre coste e sui nostri confini, dovrebbero dotarsi dei professionisti necessari a descrivere ai migranti tutte le condizioni necessarie alla loro accoglienza(traduttori, psicologi, medici).

I Centri di Prima Accoglienza, saranno coadiuvati dalle Prefetture, dalle Questure e il Sistema sanitario, essenziali per determinare l'identificazione, la creazione di un profilo sociale e il controllo igienico sanitario.

I migranti che non dovessero accettare le condizioni che il percorso di accoglienza e integrazione europeo prevedrebbe, sarebbero, per loro scelta, rimpatriati, senza poter avanzare alcuna pretesa .

E' importante che una campagna informativa dedicata da parte di tutti gli Stati europei , attraverso soprattutto la rete, sia diretta al continente Africano, e diffusa a livello internazionale, fenomeno che sicuramente avrebbe anche un percorso automatico, visto la velocità e la virulenza con cui le notizie si diffondono a livello planetario.

Questo aspetto è molto importante, in quanto avrebbe una fondamentale azione deterrente verso tutti i tentativi di strumentalizzazione del fenomeno migratorio, di cui oggi tanto si discute e che dà motivi di credere che organizzazioni criminali lucrino sul fenomeno, sia nei Paesi di provenienza, sia in quelli destinati all'accoglienza, fomentando lo scontro culturale e politico che oggi vede protagonisti i vari movimenti Europei, a tutti i livelli.

L'attuale scenario politico, di fatto, è fortemente caratterizzato da una crescente intolleranza del fenomeno della migrazione, proprio per queste condizioni d'incertezza e per la mancanza di regole e condizioni chiare.

Basically, I think schools and laboratories to adress for the training and preparation for entry into employment.

3rd CENTRES WELCOME FIRST.

The structures that are now appointed to receive refugees and migrants, following their interception on our seas, our coasts and on our borders, should equip itself with the necessary professionals figures with the aim to describe to the migrants all the conditions necessary for their reception (translators, psychologists, doctors).

The First Reception Centres, will be assisted by the Prefecture, the Police Headquarters and the Health System, essential to determine the identification, and the creation of a social profile and sanitation control.

Migrants who do not accept the conditions that the host location provides for the European integration, would, by their choice, returnees, without being able to make any claim.

It's important that an information campaign from all the european countries, especially through the network, be sent to the African continent, and internationally widespread ,phenomenon that surely would also have an automatic route, seen the speed and virulence with which the news spread at the global level.

This aspect is very important, because it could have a fundamental action to deter any attempts to exploit the phenomenon of migration, that today is discussed and that gives reason to believe that criminal organizations speculate on the phenomenon, both in countries of origin, and in those of acceptance, fomenting the cultural and political confrontation that now starring the various European movements, at all levels.

The current political scenario, in fact, is strongly characterized by a growing intolerance of migration, because of these conditions of uncertainty and the lack of clear rules and conditions.
