The twins at daycare in MM

Tamika POV

"Babe i don't like it but if you like it purchase one for yourself" i whined not wanting to buy the joggers it was mostly pink and green pears with lemons.
We were shopping for our niece and nephew birthday gifts which was in a few days,they've grown so much over the past months. Me and jare decided to have a day out with them 2 days before their birthday. Since now that they are grown jarrel is taking them to the theater to watch movies and chill with the family back at home after. So they have 2 days of fun before they big day.
I saw a cute black emoji joggers so i bought them with some black nike boots im gonna wear those with a black vest to the twins outing. I paid for everything and left jarrel in the store shopping since he has a free day off and wants to spend it with his friends while i get to pick up the twins but not before attending my doctor's appointment. I've been getting sick the last few days but i haven't told jarrel anything as yet.
"Hello ms. Tamika how are you today?"

"Im fine thank you"

"So what seems to be the problem here?"

"Well I've been feeling sick the last few days constant vomiting and flu"

"Well maybe you can be pregnant, I'm going to run some tests and you'll have the results"
He told me to lay back on the bed and he applied a clear gel on my tummy, it felt so cold i jumped he then put a small machine like a scanner on my tummy and we soon saw a small ball in my tummy on the screen he moved it around a little more .
"Congratulations you're 3 weeks pregnant"

I smiled at the news i just received. The doctor cleaned the gel off and i made my way to my bundle of joys Shem and Keisha.
I quickly made my way over to the daycare to see my little joys at the window smiling wildly at me. I entered the building and saw the lady next to the twins reading to them while they are at the window good thing the windows are long. They crawled towards me and I picked them both up
balancing each on my hips i watched the young woman nod that's its ok to collect them and i made my way to the car. I placed each in their car seat and saw that the young woman brought their bags. I said thank you and made my way home.
The twins babbled the entire ride to the house. I took each out of their seat and placed them on the ground i held their hands and we walked inside.
We walked to the nursery and i changed their clothing and leave them in their pampers. I then placed them in the play pen where they busily played around forgetting all about me. I quickly went into my room changed into a dress and went into the kitchen to make the twins a bottle and me some snacks. Since the twins and i are the only persons home i decided on some television with them so i climbed the stairs to their room.
They were lying on their backs chewing toys i picked each up and held their hands and also collected two pillows so they can lie on. I threw the pillows down the stair case so it won't be hard to assist them down the stairs.
We made it safely down the stairs and i place them in the chair and quickly collect the pillows and went back to them. I laid each on one and give them their bottles and sat back and watch the television. Since it was Barney i decided to text jarrel.

I smiled as i closed my phone the twins were asleep with their bottles slightly hanging out of their mouths. I took a picture and lifted Keisha and carried her to the nursery, i did the same for Shem. Minutes after jare came through the door so i made my way back to the television. He soon came later and we cuddled on the ground.
"Babe do you want kids one day?"i asked
"Yeah maybe we can have a little mika or jare running around calling us dada and mamma the girl will be beautiful as you and the boy will be handsome at me"he said
"Babe im pregnant"i said
