chapter 4

Waking up to the wonderful scent of waffles,eggs and sausages. I got up and went to the bathroom I brushed my teeth and washed my face. After that I put my curly hair into a messy bun and went down stairs to my parents.
"Hola mama y papa" I said using my Spanish accent I learnt from school.
I met my parents happily preparing the table for breakfast. I took a seat at the table watching my parents, then suddenly something clicked in my head I remembered I had to call Tamika, I quickly ran to my room to collect my phone I quickly text her and carried my phone in case she replied.
Walking down the stairs Khevin called me I turned to go to his room which is next to my brother's room.
"Hey Nella can I ask you "?

"Sure Khevin"

"Do you have a boyfriend maybe a fiance?"

I laughed at how nervous he looked and it soon disappeared when I laughed"I don't khev atleast not now" I told him.

"Okay"

"Yea so now come down for breakfast let's go" I told him he smiled and we went for breakfast.

Later today Jare promise to take me to a grand fair I was actually.squealing with joy because I so much love fairs. In the meanwhile I texted Tamika abd she told me she is coming to California to see me but I know she only wants to see Jarrel.

I quickly got ready for the grand fair I wore a white sunflower dress with my white sandals, I fixed my hair into a ponytail and quickly made it to Khevin's room since the day I arrived we became pretty close, he tells me all about the latest around here and we both know alot about each other and at the same time my brother and I catch up more.

"Nella hey you look beautiful , u ready to go?"

"Yea I'm really excited about the fair"

We all got to the car and I git in the back seat with Khevin. On our way to the fair, khevin laid in my lap and we watched cartoon until we arrived .
I quickly grabbed my brother's hand and Khevin's hand and walked to the entrance . At the entrance suddenly we all stopped and there was a girl about jare age which is 20, she smiled brightly at my brother and I feel my brother's hand removed from mine and grabbing the girl's waist, confusion crossed my face but Khevin quickly hugged me and told me "it's okay" .

My brother then spoke " Jenella meet my girlfriend Amanda "
I stretched my arm out and shaked her hands with a.wide smile on my face. She then said "Nice to meet you Jenella".

Jare watched Khevin and then he slightly nod, I watched in confusion at my brother he then told me to obey everything Khevin told me to do and then he turned and went in his own direction.

I looked at Khevin and we began to walk into the fair. The fair was beautifully decorated they had fairy lights hanging from one stall to another. I then realized that we are going to the grand ferry wheel, we went on alot of rides and I enjoyed myself soon it was time to go home.

Khevin took me back home and he didn't want to answer my questions about the where abouts of my brother, but I soon gived up.

When we reached home my parents were out on a date and so it was only me and Khevin. I headed up to my room and changed my clothes into my pajamas and vest and I tied my hair up into a bun. I slowly walked down the steps heading to the kitchen only to see Khevin already set out two bowls if cereals for the both of us, I sat down and we began eating suddenly I felt his eyes on me,I quickly glance to find him biting his lip watching me with hungry eyes I kept eye contact with him until he started to move in, I swallowed the lump in my throat because I know that this will be my first kiss and it's also wrong kissing my brother's best friend. Soon his soft pulp lips touched mine and we began kissing.
