I arrived in California at 4:30 so i was really tired , i exited the plane and begin my search for my family, as i was taking my first step someone called me and i already knew who it was because only one person called that and is my loving brother i quickly turned and was engulf in a bear hug from my big brother he was smiling so wide but then my eyes caught something more like someone behind my brother his only best friend Khevin Augustus i almost had an crush on him until i moved away to New York. Jare quickly turned around to notice his best friend smiling widely behind him.
"Baby sis u remember Khevin don't you? Asked Jare i simply nod
"Okay then Khevin get my sister's suitcase and let's get going,said Jare and i took my brother's hand and walked to his jeep.
Sitting in the jeep going home we sang to songs we both like and catch up on each other life while Khevin kept his eyes on me , i glanced over at him every 5 minutes and he still hasn't taken his eyes off of me so i decided to start a conversation with him
"So how have you been doing in school Khev?"i said with my best smile.
"Well Jenella I'm no longer in school i graduated two years ago I'm 19, i work as an Accounts Clerk at your father's company."he smiled back i totally forget about so i continued my questions wanting to know what's changed in his life.
"So any family yet maybe wife or kids?"
He smiled at me then answered
" Nope not yet but i do plan on having a family of my own but I'm waiting on the right girl to notice me."
"Okay".
The car ride became quiet and i recognized we are home,i quickly gathered my luggage and exited the car.
My mom came rushing out to me with big a big smile on her face showing her dimples she engulf me into a huge hug and kissed my cheek i then hug my dad he smells like strawberry and that makes me think that he stole mom's shower gel again.
We spent majority of the time catching up with our lives and making dinner,soon dinner was finished and we settled sown at the table to eat Khevin kept making jokes and we all enjoyed ourselves, soon it was bed time and i showered and as soon my head touches the pillows i fell asleep.
